I called Downriver Door at 4PM on a Friday and Joe was at my house at 5PM that day. He repaired my loose garage door cable within a few minutes. We then discussed the age of my door spring and the likelihood of an imminent failure so I agreed to have it replaced. He completed the replacement within an hour. He then adjusted the door height and lubricated the system. All well done. I was very pleased with his service.
